service description
The Casella Digitale Service allows customers to receive in electronic format the documentation produced by the Bank in relation to the provision of investment services governed by the relevant securities contracts. The documents are divided into four categories:
- pre-contractual information;
- ex-ante information (pre-transaction);
- accounting letters and information notes;
- periodic reports.
By making the above-mentioned documentation available in dedicated sections, the Bank fulfills the disclosure obligations set out by the applicable regulations, providing an additional channel alongside the "Online Documents" service already available within the Banca Passadore Internet Banking (IB) platform.
Digital documents are stored within the "Casella Digitale" for at least one year from the date of publication and can be saved on the user's computer
in ".pdf" electronic format, so they can later be printed or viewed using appropriate software products, which are also freely available online
(such as Adobe Acrobat Reader®). The availability of a new document in the "Digital Mailbox" is communicated via email sent to the address provided at the time the service was activated.
