The "MB+ Banca Passadore" Service, available as an app for iOS® and Android™ smartphones and tablets, allows access to the Bank’s E-Banking Services at any time, in a simple, convenient, and secure way.
All customers already active on the Bank's "IB - Internet Banking Service" are automatically enabled to use MB+.
To use the MB+ Service, it is necessary to:
  • have a device compatible with iOS® (version 14 or later) or Android™ (version 8.0 or later);
  • download and install the app with the same name from the App Store® or Google Play Store™.
Through the MB+ Service, it is possible, for example, to:
  • view real-time balance and transaction details for Italian and foreign current accounts, as well as for Carta Conto;
  • make transfers, pay postal bills, and top up mobile phones;
  • after the first login to MB+, enable authentication (on mobile devices equipped with a fingerprint reader or facial recognition via Apple Face ID) without the need to enter an OTP from Passadore Key®;
  • use the device's integrated camera to capture IBAN details for transfers from paper documents or electronic screens;
  • pay pre-filled postal bills by scanning the barcode / Data Matrix using the device's camera;
  • top up mobile phones using integration with the IB Contacts list or contacts saved on the device;
  • access numerous informational services, such as searching for the Bank’s branches/agencies using the device’s GPS integration.
